At QualComm, our goals are simple: meet and exceed your customer satisfaction and quality requirements for your sales or leads to ensure your customers experience and to enahance customer understanding. To do so, we have designed thorough and customizable hiring processes and practices that include:

  • Custom recruitment profile and identification of necessary resume elements per the needs of our clients.
  • All employees have college coursework or diplomas.
  • All prospective agents are subjected to a screening test.
  • All candidates meeting the threshold of qualification will be asked to attend a group discussion where 10 -12 candidates discuss a given topic.
  • Group Discussion allows the interviewer to watch out for initiative, language fluency, inter-personal skills, body language, etc.
  • Candidates who make it past the group discussion round are subject to a one-on-one personal interview screening.
  • Candidates who make it past the one-on-one interview screening round will advance to a one-on-one voice screening (for voice support) or written skills screening (for eSupport).
  • Candidates who make it past the voice screening or written skills screening rounds advance to a one-on-one (final) discussion with HR.
  • Successful candidates then receive an employment offer.
